2 Night Minimum, 3 night minimum for holiday weekends and special events.
Please Note Our CANCELLATION POLICY: VACATION HOMES & CABINS:

If you cancel your reservation before 7 days of your arrival date, a 20% fee of your deposit will be charged. If you cancel within 7 days, a 50% fee will be charged and a cancellation within 48 hours, becomes non-refundable.

Rates do not include sales tax. Rates based on four people & one vehicle. Extra fee of $5.00 per additional person per night. Off-site parking may be required.

There is a damage deposit of $100 cash upon arrival
which is refundable when departing after inspection of unit

Vacation Homes, Cabins, Cottages & 2-BR Suite Refund Policy:
If you cancel within 14 days of your reservation date, you will receive a refund of 80% of your deposit back. If you cancel within 7 days, you will receive a refund of 50% of your deposit back. After 7 days you will only receive 20% of your deposit back. If 48 hours or less, then it becomes non-refundable.
